An important feature of the Convercent Platform is its ability to send notifications to platform participants of activity that need attention. Examples include, a new issue or disclosure submission, compliance training that needs completed, or policies requiring review and attestation. In order to ensure proper delivery of these notifications, you will need to work with your internal IT group to configure your email service to allow emails from Convercent without filtering them as spam. This can be done by simply whitelisting the Convercent.com email domain. If your organization requires further refinement beyond email domain whitelisting, you can choose to license custom email templates and add a textual watermark that will be imbedded in all emails from Convercent. This option allows your organization’s email service hygiene layer to identify these watermarks and allow emails to flow through to their intended recipients without being blocked as spam.
