Deleting password history and refraining from auto-saving passwords in your preferred browser will help ensure successful future log ins should you ever need to change your Convercent password. 1. Open browser and select Internet Options for the Tools menu.
2. Select the Content tab.
3. Under the AutoComplete section, select Settings.
Select Delete AutoComplete history.
In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Form data and Passwords.
Click Delete to clear your AutoComplete history.
Click OK, and then OK again.
